4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
• Payment must be completed before activation codes are delivered
• We accept various payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment options
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

5. Delivery of Services

Digital activation codes are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation via WhatsApp. Delivery times may vary based on availability and verification requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processing or customer-provided information errors.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

• Activation code is invalid or does not work as described
• Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery
• Duplicate purchases made in error (within 24 hours)

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via WhatsApp. No refunds will be provided after the activation code has been successfully activated.
